A Look Back – Bollywood in 2022 becomes Flopwood

2022 might have been a year to remember for many especially after the covid scare did not seem to end a year ago, but it was a year to forget for Bollywood. Bollywood in 2022 turned Flopwood delivering plain flops an scare hits. Most Bollywood 2022 releases were not able to recover their budget let alone make some profit. 

Movies that seemed easy hits were found nowhere on Box Office charts next week after release. Fingers were pointed at Bollywood A listers criticizing the salary they drew for the dismal performance they delivered at the Box Office. South actors and industries collectively ruled Bollywood delivering the performance that Hindi audience wanted. The audience too after watching south movies dominate there TV screens for a decade had no problem buying ticket for big screen movie of there hero.
